Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Gooingto. Every account starts with a free 30-day trial with no card required, so you can try every feature before paying.
1. Paid plans
- 14-day refund: if you subscribe and it is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly.
- After 14 days: we do not refund periods already started, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling stops future renewals.
- Renewals: if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will look at it in good faith.
- Plan changes: upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the period; downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period, with no extra charge or partial refund.
2. How to ask
Write to [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Refund", and include your business page name (gooingto.com/your-business). Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so the refund is issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. You can also request it directly through the Paddle receipt you received by email.
3. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you have under the law of your country.
4. Free plan
The free plan and the free trial cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
